Last updated: October 12, 2026

This Cookies Policy explains how PublishMate (operated by RAD Infotech & RADemics (RAD Group)) uses cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize you when you visit our web application at publishmate.rademics.ai.

1. What Are Cookies and Local Storage?

Cookies are small text files placed on your computer or mobile device when you access websites. Web storage (such as HTML5 LocalStorage) allows web applications to securely store data locally within your browser. These technologies allow our platform to keep you logged in safely across research sessions, preserve your active manuscript workspace, and remember your display preferences.

2. Categories of Cookies We Use

A. Strictly Necessary / Essential Storage (Always Active)

These items are technically required for the core security and operation of the application. Without these, authentication sessions, manuscript uploads, and API communication cannot function.

psc_active_manuscriptStores the active manuscript workspace ID to resume work seamlessly.Persistent

B. Functional & Preference Storage

Used to personalize your author experience, remember filter selections on the Journal Catalog, and track whether you have completed the interactive onboarding tours.

C. Third-Party Authentication Providers

When you sign in using Google Sign-In or ORCID, Google and ORCID may set their own authentication cookies to verify your identity. These are subject to Google's and ORCID's independent privacy policies.

3. Zero Advertising or Tracking Beacons

PublishMate is a serious scholarly productivity tool. We do not use advertising cookies, Facebook Pixels, or cross-site tracking trackers. We never monetize or sell user interaction telemetry to data brokers.

4. How You Can Control Cookies

You can configure your browser to block or alert you about cookies. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from logging in and accessing your manuscripts.
