1. Nature of the Service

PublishMate provides automated academic manuscript diagnostic auditing, journal guideline matching, peer review rebuttal matrix structuring, and submission tracking assistance.

PublishMate does not guarantee manuscript acceptance by any journal or publisher. Editorial and peer review decisions remain solely at the discretion of target academic journals.

2. Author Intellectual Property Rights

You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all manuscripts, abstracts, research data, figures, and materials you upload. PublishMate claims no ownership or copyright over your scholarship.

We do not sell your research data or use your unpublished manuscripts to train public artificial intelligence models.

3. Email & Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to link third-party email providers (Google Gmail or Microsoft Outlook), you grant PublishMate permission to read inbox messages strictly from recognized academic publisher domains matching your manuscript tracking numbers.

You may revoke this authorization at any time directly through your account settings or through your Google/Microsoft account security settings.

4. Ethical Scholarly Conduct

Users agree not to use PublishMate for predatory publishing practices, unauthorized authorship generation, or submission of fraudulent or plagiarized academic work.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of PublishMate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
